week 9: Car and my first UK visitor

Hey everyone! Few big updates. I bought the car (grab the champagne) and my sister is here visiting me (grab some more champagne!).

My last week has been busy again but super exciting. I've done a lot of travelling! I went to pick up Zofia from Montreal and then we came back to La Pocatiere with a stop in Quebec City. We used a popular carpooling service called Amigoexpress and met some cool people! After we returned, we went to an ice hockey game, picked up my new car and then went to the Halloween Parade after which we co-hosted a little house party.

On Sunday, we had brunch at Cafe Divine. I had a sandwich with vegetable pate and Oolong tea and Zofia had soup of the day (Spinach we deducted) and a Kambucha.

We've got a few Halloween parties coming up; one at the Cegep and one with our Airbnb hosts in Montreal! Happy Halloween!
